This is Most Certainly Brew...an idea

In 2012 Dr. Timothy Hamp was drinking his morning coffee one day and realized at the bottom of his cup he said to himself, “This is most certainly brew.” 

That line, that idea, stewed, flew and brewed in his brain until 2017. He wanted to take that idea and make a wonderful, fresh, high quality coffee and market it. He wanted the profits to benefit Martin Luther High School, Northrop (MLHS) and help support the ministry. 

He shared his idea with Marge Thiesse, Director of Development at MLHS. She immediately came up with the logo and label designs that both of them felt were fun and a catchy play on words.

Over the next five years Dr. Hamp, reviewed roasteries throughout the midwest....searching for the perfect brew that held true to his view. 

Principal Paul Steinhaus joined forces with Dr. Hamp and now they were any army of two!

Finally a Minnesota roasterie was located that held up to the strenuous "Dr. Hamp Review" of: quality coffee, gourmet flavors, experience, freshness, Christian values, and a philanthropic leaning. 

In June of 2017 a crew of new coffee tasters joined the two to help choose our brews.

Sweet Indeed, LLC bakery in Madelia was the site for the sampling. Lynn Michels provided wonderful treats to accompany the various brews up for taste testing.

That was just the beginning of This is Most Certainly Brew Gourmet Coffee.
